This was our initial approach to organic wine production.

Everything stems from the awareness that the vineyards are located in an “intrinsically healthy” environment, far from built-up areas, highways, and other sources of pollution. This is high, hilly terrain with a wide temperature difference between day and night and almost constant ventilation, ideal for “intrinsically healthy” grapes.
