Fermentation: 2 weeks
Ageing 18 months in steel tanks plus 6 in bottle before sale
Grapes: 70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella
Alcoholic grade: 13,5% by volume

The vineyards are located in the north-eastern part of the municipality of Verona, a hilly area 300-500 m above sea level. The soil is clayey limestone with a consistent presence of rocks.


Grapes harvested strictly by hand from the last ten days of September to the end of October.

Vinification and Ageing

Fermentation lasts about two weeks in temperature-controlled steel wine vats. Refinement takes place in steel tanks for about 18 months, followed by 6 months of bottle ageing before release.
